By applying to any job position published by BOOMWARE STUDIO, the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Purpose of the recruitment process
The purpose of this recruitment process is to identify and evaluate candidates for potential positions within BOOMWARE STUDIO.
Submitting an application does not constitute a job offer nor does it guarantee employment.
2. Recruitment process
- The company reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
- Only candidates who meet the required profile will be contacted.
- The company is not obligated to provide individual feedback to non-selected candidates.
3. Technical tests and assessments
- The recruitment process may include technical tests, practical exercises, challenges, or assessments.
- These assessments are conducted solely for evaluation purposes and do not constitute paid work, nor do they create any employment or contractual relationship.
- The company is not obligated to use, implement, or exploit any content produced during these assessments.
4. Confidentiality and non-disclosure
The applicant agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any information accessed during the recruitment process, including but not limited to:
- Technical tests, exercises, assessments, and their results.
- Materials, instructions, documents, files, images, audio, or video provided by the company.
- Internal processes, tools, methodologies, workflows, or project-related information.
- Communications with members of the company’s team.
The applicant is strictly prohibited from:
- Publishing, sharing, reproducing, or distributing recruitment tests or materials, in whole or in part.
- Uploading any recruitment-related content to social media, forums, public or private repositories, or third-party platforms.
- Sharing materials with other applicants or any third parties.
This confidentiality obligation applies before, during, and after the recruitment process, regardless of the outcome.
Any breach of this clause may result in:
- Immediate disqualification from the recruitment process.
- Exclusion from future job openings.
- Legal actions as permitted under applicable law.
5. Negotiation and non-binding nature
Any discussions regarding salary ranges, compensation, benefits, work modality, schedules, or other employment conditions during the recruitment process are informational and non-binding.
Such discussions:
- Do not constitute a formal job offer.
- Do not create any obligation for either party.
- Do not imply acceptance of any terms.
Any agreement shall be considered valid only when:
- A formal written offer is issued by the company, and
- A written employment contract is signed by both parties.
BOOMWARE STUDIO reserves the right to:
- Adjust proposed conditions during the process.
- Terminate negotiations at any time.
- Discontinue the process if no agreement is reached.
6. Confidentiality of negotiations
The applicant agrees not to disclose any information related to negotiations, including salary ranges, benefits, special conditions, or internal comments exchanged during the process.
7. Intellectual property
All materials submitted by the applicant (CV, portfolio, technical tests, exercises, etc.) remain the intellectual property of their respective author.
The applicant authorizes BOOMWARE STUDIO to review, analyze, and store such materials solely for recruitment and evaluation purposes.
BOOMWARE STUDIO agrees not to use such materials commercially without the applicant’s explicit consent.
8. Accuracy of information
The applicant confirms that all information provided during the application process is accurate and truthful.
BOOMWARE STUDIO reserves the right to disqualify any applicant if false or misleading information is identified.
9. Personal data protection
Personal data provided by the applicant will be handled confidentially and used solely for recruitment purposes.

10. No employment relationship
Participation in the recruitment process does not create an employment, contractual, or service relationship with BOOMWARE STUDIO until a formal contract is signed.
11. Acceptance of terms
By submitting an application, the applicant expressly agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.
